Thanks for visiting our church website! We would love to meet you in person but in the meantime please feel free to look around our site and get to know us a little. The best way to introduce ourselves is to say that we are discovering the riches of Jesus Christ for the realities of life.
We are broken people who are being restored by a perfect God of love.
Though we come from a variety of backgrounds and stories, grace unites us as we journey ever deeper into the love of Christ together. We embrace and proclaim historic Christian faith expressed in a way that is relevant yet without compromise. In this ancient faith we find exactly what we need today to become a community of people who can be honest about our problems and our sins while we dwell and grow in grace.
City Pres is a church for the city. We love Auckland and believe that Jesus and his gospel provide untold riches of grace and renewal for every aspect of life here. We’re more than a church to attend. We’re a community centred on the person, work, and mission of Jesus Christ.
We worship every Sunday at 10:30 at The Ponsonby Community Centre, 20 Ponsonby Terrace Ponsonby, Auckland.
